Attendees should make their own travel reservations. The Project Office will be making hotel reservations for the group, but you will need to pay for your room when you check in.
Note that several Metro rail lines including the line that runs to Alexandria will be closed all summer for reconstruction and improvements, so you will need to plan an alternate mode of transportation from the airport to Alexandria.
