- Request for ECSS Symposium speakers for February and beyond. Robert Sinkovits writes:
Presentations do not need to be limited to the outcomes of ECSS projects (completed or in progress). Feel free to talk about other computational projects outside of XSEDE, tools, libraries, benchmarking studies, parallel computing frameworks, outcomes of workshops or anything else that you feel may be relevant. If you are interested in presenting or have any questions about whether a topic would be of interest, please contact him directly.
- Reminder to upload publications to the XSEDE portal. Leslie Froeschlwrites:
If you’ve published anything during the past few months, please remember to upload those to the User Portal. Also, if you haven’t already done so, please upload any papers or posters you presented at SC (or any other conferences) to the XSEDE User Portal. The XUP offers the option to import using the DOI which makes it pretty effortless. Don’t forget to choose “XSEDE Staff Publication” from the Related XSEDE Projects dropdown. The quarter ends on Jan. 31, so please try to get your pubs uploaded before then! This will help us meet our goal of having at least 50 publications by XSEDE staff during PY10!
- Lonnie Crosbyis calling for Volunteers for December XRAC projects and additional projects that need consultants this quarter: see ECSS Projects Home . Some of the project are "ours" (see below).
