Draft Transition Plan
As part of the planning XSEDE conducts, transition planning to a potential subsequent awardee or awardees following XSEDE has been anticipated. Consistent with the cooperative agreement with NSF, XSEDE has produced a draft transition plan which is available at http://hdl.handle.net/2142/109214. The intent of the draft transition plan is to indicate the capabilities and services that are available for transition to any subsequent awardee or awardees.
These are capabilities and services that are available for transition, but no statement is made as to the suitability they may have for any proposed project or projects that might follow the current XSEDE 2.0 award.
A detailed transition plan will be developed once any subsequent awardee or awardees are determined. The scope of the plan and availability of XSEDE staff support may be constrained by the amount of time remaining before the end of the XSEDE award.
