        • HPC training was only course that wasn’t completely online; Training is in good shape.
          • Mulitcast – can possibly use breakout rooms.
        • Alternating bi-weekly meetings topics: general topics and specific topics.
      • Student Programs – Rosie
        • Have to reformat some programming so that it can continue on Zoom.
        • Postponed XSEDE new user training at Cal State San Bernardino to May.
      • Education – Kate
        • Advanced Computing for Social Change hoping to implement virtual approaches for those sessions at PEARC should that be needed.
        • Doing some research with students to identify what worked/didn’t work with the online education.
      • Education – Kate 
        • The faculty workshops for the summer (computational chemistry – mt. st. mary’s college) – going to be remote; the workshop at Michigan State is cancelled; Wofford College would like to have a session this summer - intro to computational science – will be remote.
        • EMPOWER – spring students will submit progress report soon; for summer program, mentor applicants can submit how they will adjust to remote mentoring (updating their submissions); reviewing mentor and student apps starting Monday; targeting 5/1 to notify applicants.
    • User Engagement – Bryan
      • About to send out emails to PIs and will do follow-up re: XRAC soon and follow-up with rejected proposals.

    • Broadening Participation – Linda – Linda 
      • Went to Albany State and it was fruitful and they are waiting for a proposal – part of Florida – theme for their renewal in data science – would like to partner with us – exciting as it will allow for a broad reach to students.
      • Will identify how to reach students/faculty for PEARC once they know if it will be virtual or not.
    • UII – Maytal
    • Campus Engagement – Dana and Henry
      • Increasing work in sustainability.
      • Virtual residency nearly at 200 registrants; having planning sessions that are going well.
    • General Discussion
