Working space for the upcoming Digital Humanities toolkit

*** Note: the DH folks have a lot of non-parallel software.  This repository may end up with some non HPC stuff but I think it's useful nonetheless.

Notes from meeting with Tassie and David Kloster:

http://tapor.ca/home — great directory of DH tools, look at sentiment analysis (this would be a good place to go to see curated lists of DH tools.  May require research to find parallelized versions of things)
AntConc — corpus analysis, freeware, download http://www.laurenceanthony.net/software/antconc/
Cytoscape — network analysis, freeware, download http://www.cytoscape.org/
LDA (topic modeling) — Guangchen has Jupyter Notebook but we aren’t quite ready for the big time
http://www.sixdegreesoffrancisbacon.com/ this is a project that used some novel software packages for DH applications, I can't recall off the top of my head what they used but I feel like it was genomics related
