The aims of this translational research effort are (1) to advance our understanding, diagnosis and treatment of concussion and (2) to provide wide access to the uniquely powerful results provided by the referee consensus solver to other researchers. Differential measures of local brain tissue activation are delivered with spatiotemporal resolution at least an order of magnitude better than previously achievable with msec time resolution. Because the solver reliably identifies hundreds of simultaneously active neuroelectric currents for each 40 msec step through the raw data, the number of reliable measurements is copious, typically amounting to 10,000,000 or more 80 msec high fidelity waveforms from a 20 minute recording session.
