|Create a document that describes the suspension flow from all aspects and all of the services that are affected upon suspension of an account|
Notes/ Discussion items:
- Security suspension "undo" function- when the security team suspends a user, there is a one week window of time to "undo" the suspension. After that, the "reinstate" feature must be used.
- Notifications: notify users and PIs (when users are associated with a PI)
- Suspended users can still access the portal unless additional steps are taken by the security team
- Moving forward- do we want other services to be suspended when an account is suspended?
