20191205- Service Provider user needs and use case input

Decisions:

Summary	Description
Delaware to begin new SP process with Victor & SP Forum	Anita at U. of Delaware pointed out that they are now ready to begin the process of bringing a new L2 resource into the XSEDE community. She and Victor will follow-up to begin the process.
New user stories	Two new high-level user stories were proposed, which will result in a set of new use cases (exact number TBD). Lee Liming will begin the process of adding them to the use case repository and follow-on activities as described in action items below.

Draft accounting use cases; review & follow-up	Victor proposed that we document the SP experience of integrating with XSEDE's AMIE system for account management & usage reporting. Lee will propose new use case drafts, review them with Victor, XSEDE accounting, and SP personnel, and begin follow-up processes. Follow-up includes capability delivery plans: documenting existing software/services, identifying gaps, proposing new features/solutions.	Lee Liming	1/31/2020
Draft awareness & orientation use cases; review & follow-up	Anita proposed that we document the experience of orienting oneself to the XSEDE community, presumably with an aim to improve/ease the process or at least identify opportunities for improvement. Lee will propose new use case drafts, review them with Anita and personnel from: XSEDE website, user portal, CEE, and SP personnel. Follow-up will include capability delivery plans for any new use caes: documenting existing software/services, identifying gaps, proposing new features/solutions. Note: The XSEDE website, XSEDE user portal, XSEDE Staff Wiki, and Research Software Portal are all components currently involved in satisfying these use cases for XSEDE.	Lee Liming	1/31/2020
