Coordinate Cross Team efforts for the next 2-3 months

1) Emergency account suspension:

• Next steps... coordinate with the portal group
• Need to coordinate a meeting with representatives from Ops Security, RAS, User Portal, XCI... this has been challenging

2) XRAS managing all PIs, Co-PIs, user management

• Allocation roles: XUP- Use API to update XRAS when users change roles (CoPI, AM, User..) on the portal

3) XSEDE accounting service pieces new accounting features/ architecture

• Mostly deployed; have usage data access; merging & normalizing usage data
  
• getting usage data from Globus to track XSEDE usage
• Need a Simple interface for the usage data for people who want to view it in standard format

 2) Community Software 

• Have documented what we have vs. what we want

3) Research Software Portal

• Imported all of the Jetstream images including all the details needed about how to use them

4) Training Discovery Catalog

• An API can search across all institutions for available training
• All UIUC training offered are now available in the catalog
• Looking to add XSEDE training and training offered by a project with Shava at SDSC

• this is very difficult for OSG to manage
• trying to get this into the XSEDE process to make it available via XSEDE
• Goal is to be able to install the software 1 time in a central location then be able to make it available anywhere
